THE BRAND

Fairdeal Realtors is one of the largest india Commercial Real Estate firms that offers experienced and CRE solutions to some of the biggest names in business. Their services range across corporate spaces, industrial spaces, retail spaces and every investment consultancy in CRE.

THE PROBLEM

The 25 year old CRE consultant firm, lacked brand recognition and recall. Although well connected, their digital and physical presence lacked the design aesthetic that built credibility. With a growing clientele and a plan to scale up their sales, Fairdeal needed to realign the services content, their marketing strategy and their design.

SERVICE CONTENT BUCKETING

We started with giving life to each service vertical by coming up with creative content to promote them. Post that content under each vertical was populated and synchronised across digital and physical channels.

DESIGN REVAMP

We gave Fairdeal a unique design element that stood for their multiplicity, trust, and services. This became their brand identity. This design element was then played with in numerous ways on social media and other collaterals to help create strong brand recall among their audience.

MARKETING STRATEGY

From identifying their key consumers, and then creating a robust digital strategy to access these consumers, we built an end to end roadmap for their digital success.

BRAND BOOK

RenB Digital put together a Bible for Marketing and design that became a unifying document across departments to establish their brand identity. This book is fully equipped with a design, font, element, and digital instructions that became a single point of reference for their entire sales and marketing teams.
