Over the past eight years we have served 100+ SME clients across India, the USA, Canada, the Middle East, and Spain delivering UI/UX and branding, web and app development, digital marketing, SEO, and emerging AI/ML, AR/VR, and DevOps solutions. We combine strong creative quality with end-to-end execution and lasting client relationships.
Role Summary:-
We are looking for a hands-on SEO Specialist to own search engine optimisation across a portfolio of client accounts. You will be responsible for the full SEO lifecycle technical, on-page, off-page, and analytics improving organic visibility, rankings, and traffic for clients across multiple industries and geographies. This is a delivery-focused role suited to someone who can manage several clients in parallel and is fluent in using AI tools to work faster and smarter.
Key Responsibilities: –
Technical SEO
Conduct comprehensive site audits and resolve crawlability, indexation, and site-architecture issues.
Optimise site speed and Core Web Vitals; address mobile usability and rendering issues.
Implement and maintain structured data / schema markup, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonical tags.
Identify and fix broken links, redirect chains, duplicate content, and other technical errors.
On-Page SEO
Perform keyword research and map target keywords to pages and content opportunities.
Optimise meta titles, descriptions, headings, URL structures, and internal linking.
Provide SEO-driven content recommendations and briefs; optimise existing content.
Off-Page SEO
Plan and execute link-building and outreach strategies to earn high-quality backlinks.
Conduct backlink analysis, monitor link profiles, and manage disavows where required.
Manage local SEO, Google Business Profile optimisation, and citation building.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and rank-tracking tools.
Produce clear monthly client reports linking SEO activity to rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Monitor algorithm updates and adjust strategy proactively.
Mandatory: AI Tools Proficiency Practical, hands-on use of AI tools to improve SEO output and efficiency is a mandatory requirement for this role. We expect the SEO Specialist to integrate AI responsibly into daily workflows using it to accelerate research, analysis, and content while maintaining accuracy and quality. Surfer, SEO, Clearscope, Frase, MarketMuse, Semrush AI, Ahrefs AI, ChatGPT, Claude
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEO experience.
Proven proficiency with Semrush or Ahrefs, GA4, GSC, and Screaming Frog (or equivalent).
Solid understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO and current Google ranking factors.
Familiarity with WordPress and other common CMS platforms.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data in Excel / Google Sheets.
Good written and verbal English communication. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Preferred (Strong Advantage)
Experience at a digital agency, or as a freelancer, managing SEO for multiple clients simultaneously.
Experience with international markets (USA / Canada, UAE, Europe).
E-commerce SEO and / or local SEO experience.
Relevant certifications (Google, Semrush, HubSpot, or similar).
